Strategic Operational Command

V119 parking and traffic side-by-side Source and Command view
The V Unison entry screen shows both locked platforms side-by-side, establishing the ecosystem: V119 for institutional operations and V120 for movement-command operations.

Two Platforms. One Operational Logic.

V119 handles the full event operation. V120 handles the daily movement decision.

Complex / Multiday Event Command

Built for 5–7 day events and large operating environments where parking, transportation, vendors, staffing, compounds, JOC, financial status, and scenario pressure all interact.

  • Best for large, multiday, site-intensive events
  • Full Source build + Command evaluation
  • JOC, vendor, parking, shuttle, compound, financial, and scenario depth
  • Primary acquisition-value platform
Daily / Single-Window Event Command

Built for daily or single-operating-window events where the critical question is whether guests, vehicles, shuttles, staff, and exits can move within the time available.

  • Best for one-day events and daily operating windows
  • Arrival and exit flow logic
  • Demand per hour vs capacity per hou
  • Red / yellow / green operational clearance status
V119 Source Build
V119 Source Build
V119 institutional-event proof. This shows 17,000 vehicles, 136 acres, parking saturation pressure, and operational judgment running side-by-side.

The system evaluates operational pressure at institutional scale.

This is the marathon logic: parking saturation, acreage, vehicle movement, and escalation pressure are evaluated before the event goes live.

V119 Command Report
V119 Command Report
V119 Command intelligence. This shows status, score, primary trigger, advisory notes, and immediate command moves.

The platform explains what matters next.

This shows V119 as a judgment layer, not a dashboard.

× V119 Command Report Expanded
V119 Scenario Library
V119 Scenario Library
V119 heavy-operations depth. This proves the platform thinks beyond setup and includes disruption planning.

V119 carries the complexity of a real event operation.

× V119 Scenario Library Expanded
V120 Command Status
V120 Command Status
V120 daily-event proof. This shows the same Source → Command logic, focused on one-day movement status and next move.

Daily event assumptions update into daily operating judgment.

× V120 Command Status Expanded
V120 Concert Timing Inputs
V120 Concert Timing Inputs
V120 Source movement inputs. This shows daily arrival/exit assumptions, attendance, buses, turnaround, loading cycle, and operating windows.

Change the daily assumptions and the system recalculates reality.

× V120 Concert Timing Inputs Expanded
V120 Shuttle Report
V120 Shuttle Report
V120 sprint-event proof. This shows 12,000 people attempting to clear through a 2-hour exit window with live movement intelligence.

The system judges whether the operation can physically clear.

× V120 Shuttle Report Expanded

Operational logic must be physically grounded.

V Unison is built around hard operational rules developed from live-event field conditions, not abstract software assumptions.

Embedded Operational Rules: parking saturation, shuttle adequacy, entry processing pressure, acreage requirements, and operational escalation logic.
Hard Operational Rules

Built from physical operating limits.

  • 47-passenger bus maximum operating assumption.
  • 22 sq ft Championship Density operating standard.
  • Parking judged against usable capacity, not paper capacity.
  • Movement logic driven by demand/hour versus capacity/hour.
  • Operational alerts activate when assumptions become fragile.

SUNY Farmingdale curriculum foundation.

An earlier version of the operational framework behind V Unison was taught by Dr. Jeff Poplarski at SUNY Farmingdale for 15 years.

The updated book and V Unison software platform will be used with students in the fall, giving the next generation of event professionals direct access to the same operating logic that powers V119 and V120.

This turns the platform from a private operating tool into a teachable operational standard: field-tested logic, academic application, and live Source-to-Command decision modeling.

SUNY Farmingdale 15-Year Curriculum Foundation Updated Book + Software Operational Standard

The hook is simple: change the plan, see the outcome.

Most plans fail in the assumptions.

V Unison exposes assumptions before they become field problems.

Capacity is easy. Flow is hard.

V119 and V120 both evaluate movement, pressure, and operational fit.

See the problem before it becomes one.

The value is not more data. The value is earlier judgment.
